Holiday makers play in dangerous high tide waves as Storm Betty gives Penzance promenade a pummelling
The second named storm of the summer break is hitting Cornwall tonight as Storm Betty makes herself felt with huge waves pounding the Victorian promenade at Penzance. The promenade was decimated by the Valentine's Day storm of 2014 and has recently been upgraded.
