US: TS Hilary Brings Heavy Rain, Flooding To Southern California 2
Heavy rains have drenched parts of southern California after Tropical Storm Hilary crossed from Mexico to the US on Sunday, August 20, becoming the first tropical storm in the state since Nora in 1997.
Flash flood warnings were issued for most of the southern region of California.
This footage shows floodwater flowing on a wash in the Coachella Valley in Indio, CA following heavy rain in the area.
