Child hit by a car in Tver: surveillance footage captures the accident in Brusilovo microdistrict
In a distressing incident on the evening of August 22, 2023, a child was struck by a foreign car in the Brusilovo microdistrict of Tver, Russia. The accident occurred near house number 33 on Osnabrückskaya Street, where a Volkswagen Polo collided with a young girl. The heart-wrenching moment was captured by surveillance cameras, revealing the driver's car navigating through the parking lot when the child suddenly emerged from behind parked vehicles, crossing paths with the moving vehicle. Swift action was taken as an ambulance rushed to the scene promptly. The injured child was immediately transported to the Tver Children's Clinical Hospital for medical attention.
