Mechanic builds unique house that can rotate 360 DEGREES

This mechanic named Nguyen Van Luong has built an incredibly unique home that can rotate 360 degrees.

Located in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, the 57-year-old built an underground water tank that allows the structure to fully rotate all while using the same power as an electric fan.

Van Luong said: "I came up with the idea to build this house in 2009 and started construction in 2012 and completed it in 2016. But it won't be until 2023 to finish decorating the house. Due to the construction cost. so big that he had to build the house for many years.

"Just because of his passion for building this house, he went bankrupt."

The special thing about this house is that it can rotate 360 degrees and can be adjusted so that the house rotates in all directions, with different rotation speeds. Besides, the house also connects the system with smartphones to be able to rotate the house remotely.

Currently, the whole house is floating thanks to an underground float tunnel with a diameter of 12 metres, a system of propellers, and rotating shafts

In order for his dream to come true, the 57-year-old poured a lot of enthusiasm and wisdom and had to experiment many times before he started building this house.

Currently, with his efforts and efforts, Van Luong has been recognized by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam and granted an exclusive patent for the house rotating in the water tank.
