US: State Of Emergency Issued As Significant Flooding Hits Kanawha County, West Virginia
The Kanawha County Commission in West Virginia issued a State of Emergency on Monday, August 28, as heavy rains caused significant flooding in the part of the county.
Dozens of stranded residents were rescued, and several schools were closed.
