Revellers enjoying the last few hours before the end of day two at Notting Hill Carnival can be seen streaming down Ladbroke Grove as they follow the parade floats as seen in this footage filmed around 17:30 (August 28).

The Bank Holiday Monday event is known as Adult Day and is known for attracting a more boisterous crowd than on Sunday, which hosts families as children take part in the celebrations.

Over the course of the day eight stabbings occured - one actually on Ladbroke Grove itself, and one of the men is in critical condition after being stabbed in Harrow Road. Meanwhile, a few streets away police attended a crushing incident which led to the road being made one way to ease the flow of foot traffic.
