This is the impressive moment an aviation-obsessed toddler landed a Cessna light plane on a flight simulator.

Footage shows the four-year-old boy Clyde kneeling on the device's seat so he could properly reach the controls in Cebu province, the Philippines, on August 8.

Clyde's father - who is a pilot along with the youngster's mum and grandfather - assisted him until the successful touchdown on the virtual airport runway at night.

His relatives who watched behind the father and son cheered for the boy as he safely landed on the simulated Cessna.

Relative Mariel Gaquit said: ‘The toddler's name is Clyde. His grandfather, mom, and dad are all pilots. I'm his grandfather's girlfriend. We were invited to a friend's simulator cafe.

‘He has been flying in a flight simulator at our house since he was three-years-old. He's an adventurous kid and likes to go swimming and off-roading with us.

'He loves planes and wants to be a pilot, too.'
