Chinese man reels in fish adorned with a gold bracelet
A man discovered a gold bracelet clasped on a fish he caught in eastern China.
The video was filmed in the city of Qingdao in Shandong Province on August 30.
A man named Chen Wenjie witnessed a fellow angler reel in a rather unusual catch. A peculiar-looking Spanish mackerel was hooked, but what set this one apart was the gold bracelet tightly clamped around its body.
The fish bore visible marks from where the golden accessory had gripped it. Surprisingly, despite the encumbrance, the fish appeared to be in good health.
Chen, who has indulged in the pastime of fishing for over half a decade, confessed he had never seen anything like this before.
The fisherman removed the gold bracelet and took it with him but released the fish back into the waters.
