Florida orders evacuations as Hurricane Idalia, which has already hit Cuba with force

Hurricane Idalia is "extremely dangerous" approaching Florida with winds of up to 140 km per hour, after causing flooding and knocking out power to 186,000 users in western Cuba.
This Category 1 hurricane, a maximum of 5 on the Saffir-Simpson scale, is expected to hit the U.S. Sunshine State on Wednesday morning.
The hurricane left numerous damages in its path through western Cuba.
Some 186,000 users in the province of Pinar del Rio, around 60% of the total, remain without electricity service due to the strong winds, according to local media.
