Couple attacked in LA apartment elevator by 'drunk' woman with young daughter watching on
A couple was attacked by an allegedly intoxicated woman in the elevator of an apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles on August 31.
The shocking incident was captured by Landon Jones when he and his boyfriend were heading to the gym in their apartment.
The confrontation ended with the woman throwing a can, of what the filmer claims was beer, over Jones and his boyfriend who were in the elevator. The woman's young daughter is seen watching on in the background.
Jones told Newsflare: "My boyfriend and I got in the elevator in our apartment building to head down to the lobby to grab something from my car.
"Upon entering the elevator, we could hear a woman being loud with other individuals already inside the elevator before us, she was shouting obscenities and told me to 'hurry up motherf**ker' when I walked into the elevator.
"While in the elevator, I noticed she was holding a half-full can of beer and could smell the alcohol coming off her breath as she continued murmuring other words that I chose to ignore.
"After exiting the elevator, I proceeded to my car while the woman remained in the lobby. When I re-entered the building with my boyfriend, the woman followed us back onto the elevator.
"Because of her behaviour in front of others, including her daughter, I began recording her. I told her it would be sent to the police and asked her daughter if she was okay.
"Then the woman tried to slap my phone out of my hands and struck me several times with the beer can before leaving the elevator. We followed the woman off the elevator to get her description as we called authorities to our location. A report was filed with the police."
In another post on TikTok, Jones gave an update on how he showed the property manager the video and they are looking at evicting the woman.
