Pod of dolphins spotted from Jersey ferry, Channel Islands
A spectacular pod of dolphins was spotted from a Jersey ferry in the Channel Islands yesterday (September 7).
Passengers on the rear deck of the Condor Voyager were treated to the amazing and unexpected sight of a pod of around 10 or mile dolphins swimming in a group.
The dolphins were seen a few miles offshore of Noirmont Point, as the high speed catamaran was returning to St. Helier, Jersey from the island of Guernsey.
One passenger can be heard to exclaim: "that's more dolphins than I saw in Croatia!".
