In Kislovodsk, Russia, Evariste Touadera, the son of the President of the Central African Republic (CAR), stirred up a major commotion when he assaulted a man and a woman on August 28, 2023. The incident, caught on camera, depicts Evariste Touadera's aggressive outburst towards two individuals, a male and a female.
