Türkiye "neutralized" 258 "terrorists" in the past three months, the interior minister said on Wednesday.
Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said 258 "terrorists" were "neutralized" by Turkish troops in the past three months, and some 44 terrorist attacks were prevented in the same period.

"The Interior Ministry works perfectly with the Ministry of Defense, which pursues counter-terrorism efforts on the borders and beyond, and with National Intelligence Organization (MIT), which works on intelligence and precision operations."
Turkish authorities prefer to use the term "neutralize" to indicate that the "terrorists" were surrendered, killed or captured.
He also noted that 75,442 illegal immigrants were intercepted in the past 90 days.
