A brave resident caught a large python hiding in the ceiling and dragged it outside their home.

Footage shows the man searching for the 10ft-long serpent with neighbours before pulling it bare-handed in Bangkok, Thailand, on March 1. He then took it to the street, and secured it in a bag

The reticulated python is found throughout Southeast Asia, where they live in forests, swamps, canals and even in cities, causing them to come into conflict with humans. The species is one of the world's largest snakes and can eat humans, cats, dogs, birds, rats and other snakes.
