Pop singer Post Malone tattooed a fan's arm - before they had it permanently tattooed on their skin.

The rapper met excited fans before his show in Bangkok, Thailand, on Thursday evening.

Follower Aris Singhanat had the star sign his arm with a black marker pen. He then visited his local tattoo studio to have the signature permanently etched under his skin.

Thrilled fan Aris said: 'I asked Post Malone to sign my arm and when I came back I had to hurry and get it tattooed. The ink from the pen will fade soon, but this is permanent.

'I'm so happy. I'm such a big fan of his.'

The singer's next stop is Manila, the Philippines, for another concert on September 18.
