A dramatic incident unfolded on September 15, 2023, along the Bukittinggi highway in the Badukuang New area of Lembah Anai, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency, Indonesia. A Fuso truck and driven by Ismanto, aged 40, from Padang, suffered a brake malfunction while en route from Padang Panjang to Padang. The truck careened into a roadside wall before colliding with a Toyota Avanza, driven by Indra, aged 57, from Limapuluh cities. Following the impact, the Fuso truck came to a halt on the left lane of the road, and its engine was turned off. Fortunately, there were no casualties, although the truck driver sustained minor injuries. The incident was captured on video by @septianiniii, showing the truck's uncontrolled movement leading to its roll-off. Both vehicles involved sustained damage as a result of the accident.
