A polite Toronto pedestrian handed the broken pieces of a vehicle to its driver through the window after a minor crash.

Captured on September 19 at the intersection between Front Street and Bay Street, the footage shows two vehicles colliding at a crossing.

As the pedestrians began to cross, one man picked up the tyre's rim that had been ripped off in the accident and passed it through the car's window to the driver.

At the busy intersection of Front street and Bay street in downtown Toronto this afternoon two cars with matching grey paint touched each other after one driver made an unsafe lane change without shoulder checking, a rather polite and considerate pedestrian "picked up the pieces" and handed them through the window to the confused driver of the car who made the driving error. :)

Not sure if the insurance company will be as pleasant. LOL.
