A bride's epic wedding entrance failed when her Bumblebee robot entourage took a tumble.

The newlywed was assisted by two robot cosplays - a Gundam and a clumsy Transformer - as she entered the ceremony hall when one of them tripped over in Henan province, China on September 6.

Footage shows the Bumblebee emerging into the room when the door was opened but his leg was unfortunately caught with his friend's as he took a step.

The yellow robot slammed onto the floor before shocked guests rose to check on him and confirmed he was not seriously hurt except for minor bruises.

Bumblebee is a fictional robot character from the Transformers franchise, depicting a group of sentient, self-configuring robotic lifeforms.
