STORYLINE:

Palestinian Ministry of Culture and the General Union of Palestinian Expressive Artists set up a funeral home for the leader of the Al-Ashqeen artistic band, the Lebanese Arab freedom fighter Hussein Al-Mundhir “Abu Ali,” in the city of Ramallah, in honor of him and his role in providing the Palestinian revolution with revolutionary song throughout his career, which extended over dozens of years.

The late artist Hussein Al-Mundhir was born in Baalbek. He was a Lebanese artist and the leader of the Palestinian Al-Ashqeen band, which was famous for its Palestinian national and traditional songs.
