STORYLINE:

Hu Yanping is the founder of a social welfare institution named Shanman Rehabilitation Center in Changchun, capital of northeast China's Jilin Province.

Over the decades, Hu has made every effort to help children with disabilities realize their value and adapt to society.

She opened training classes to teach students planting, handicrafts, baking and some other skills.

She also started different businesses for the disabled, including a bakery shop.
