Animal lovers mingled with exotic reptiles at a wildlife exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand.

Fans of the cold-blooded creatures flocked to the Central Ladprao mall to take part in the 'T-Rex Exotic World' expo, where rare reptiles from across Asia were displayed.

An impressive collection of fauna were placed in glass cases at the venue, allowing tourists to observe them up close.

Brave visitors looking for a thrill were also allowed to hold some of the animals, including writhing bright yellow pythons and gigantic dinosaur-like iguanas.

Aside from reptiles, there were also bizarre-looking stick insects, hairy tarantulas, colourful birds, adorable bushbabies and prairie dogs, and all sorts of wildlife from the region that were showcased.

Organisers prepared fun contests and shows involving geckos and tortoises to liven up the exhibit.

The event also served as a networking platform for veterinarians, influencers, and aspiring exotic animal breeders.

T-Rex Exotic World ran from September 15 to 17 at the Central Ladprao mall in Bangkok.
