A major accident has taken place in Nalanda district of Bihar, where two women have died after the balcony of a house collapsed in Hargawan village of Manpur police station area of ​​the district on September 22 (Friday).

According to the information received, the balcony of a house has fallen in Nalanda amid intermittent rains for the last 24 hours and in this incident, two women have died tragically by getting buried under the balcony. Three people of the same family were injured in this incident.

Actually, it is said about the incident that this entire incident took place in Hargawan village of Manpur police station area, where the balcony of Baleshwar Paswan’s house fell amid heavy rain. In this incident, Baleshwar Paswan’s (63) year old wife Shyam Sundari Devi and neighbor Rajan Paswan’s (26) year old wife Ranju Devi died tragically. While the injured include Shyam Sundari Devi’s daughter-in-law Asha Devi, grandson Ankush Kumar and granddaughter Nikita Kumari.

Regarding the incident, the family members told that Shyam Sundari Devi along with the neighboring woman Ranju Devi were sitting at the door of the house with their children amidst heavy rain.

Then suddenly the debris from the balcony fell heavily on them. Hearing the loud noise, people nearby gathered and pulled everyone out from the debris. After this, with the help of family members and villagers, they were immediately admitted to Pawapuri Vims Hospital for treatment, where Ranju Devi and Shyam Sundari Devi were declared dead by the doctor. After the incident, the screams of the family members started echoing in the hospital premises.

The family members told that the house is a single storey and the construction work was done only two years ago.
