A skillful cyclist calmly negotiated a road hazard by cruising under two huge concrete beams stretched between a truck.
Mark Darell was on a bike ride with friends when the large construction materials blocked their path in Cebu City, the Philippines, on July 29.
In scenes that would leave militant cyclist Jeremy Vine's head spinning, Mark simply ducked below the posts and came out the other side unscathed.
Mark said: 'I've been biking on the roads from a young age, so I've grown accustomed to undertaking risky maneuvers, but always prioritise safety.'
