Flash flooding in Washington Missouri
Normally there is a driveway with a concrete slab here. Heavy rains caused flash flooding this morning. Turn around, Don't drown would apply here. The slab probably has a foot or more of very swift moving water. If your interested I can shoot a video when the water is down for comparison.
