China has excelled in organizing the Hangzhou Asian Games.

This is according to Ugur Erdener, a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and president of World Archery.

"Of course, as far as yesterday's (Sept. 23) opening is concerned, let me put it in one word. It was excellent.
It was the kind of organization that no country other than China can achieve.
This characteristic of China (in terms of organizing major sporting events extraordinarily) is already a well-known fact worldwide." 

Erdener described the Asian Games Village as one of the most picturesque, well-organized, and eco-friendly he has ever witnessed.
