A woman found a missing diamond from her earring in her ear during a routine clean in northern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Yan'an in Shaanxi Province on September 22.

Ms You uncovers a lost diamond from her earring ensconced within her ear whilst indulging in a visual ear-cleaning session with her friends.

Ms You initially brushed off the irregularity near her eardrum as a minor swelling, only to be taken aback on discovering it was, in fact, a small diamond.

She reportedly lost a diamond from her earring at the beginning of the month but she experienced no discomfort, leaving one to ponder over the peculiar odyssey of the displaced diamond.

Fortunately, the ear-cleaning professional removed the diamond from You's ear.
