Bizarre footage from Guangzhou, China of a man repeatedly faking being run over yet failing for five times, before he finally decided to risk his life by lying under a truck.

In the video, captured by a bystander in Guangdong Province on Friday, the man can be seen waiting at the roadside of a junction to find his targets. He runs in front of several vehicles and lies down trying to fake accidents while neither succeed.

After successive failures, he suddenly rushes towards a truck and lies down in front of its back wheels, nearly achieving his goal before bystanders stop the giant vehicle from running over his head.

According to news reports, the 45-year-old man ended up with minor injuries on his right ear and was sent to a local hospital by later arrived police.
