This is the moment a tenacious pet dog fell into raging river but swam back to his owner on stepping stones.
The pooch was crossing the body of water with fast-flowing currents when he was swept away while standing on one of the rocks in Guangdong, China on June 5.
Footage shows the hound being pushed by the rapids away from the group, who stood still to watch it as they panicked for a moment.
But the clever dog didn't have to be rescued as it paddled back to the makeshift bridge safe and unhurt.
