Giant clams make beautiful reflections in water on a beach after the water recedes, at Pattaya, Thailand.
While walking on the beach I collected some beautiful giant clam shells, and arranged them in a line on the beach at the edge of the ocean. As the water went out I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful reflections, it was very enjoyable to watch as the waves gently washed around the clams, finally all the clams fell over except for two. It reminded my of the passage of time and the fall of empires. Only the strongest are left standing.
