A businessman, unaware he was been watched, kung-fu kicked his way across a meeting room delighted workers in a building opposite.

Footage from September 13 in New York City shows the man performing a range of martial arts moves in the conference room.

The filmer told Newsflare: "People can be seen going about their meetings on floors above and below and we even saw people on his floor walk by the open door in the background.

"While the video is only short, the man was doing these moves for quite a while.

"My colleagues and I were all standing at the window of our office enjoying the show in the building across."
