From the Plaza de Bolivar, in downtown Bogota, the Colombian capital, the Minister of Defense, Ivan Vasquez, and President Gustavo Petro led an event to commemorate the families of the 19 young men killed by the Army in the municipality of Soacha, near Bogota, and who were part of the so-called 'false positives', extrajudicial killings presented as guerrilla casualties.
