Info from Licensor: "A car being towed home because of traffic restrictions (it could not be driven for the day, as the last digit of the license plate was banned that day from driving). On the way, the tow carrying the car lost a wheel because the bolts were defective. Fortunately, the car wasn't damaged and no one got hurt. The car then got moved to another tow truck and continued on its way."
