This is how an artist turned pencil erasers into amazing rubber stamps with intricate details.

Haji Yurawan Chomphon drew a portrait of a man on a small sheet of paper and transferred the design to the piece of statinery in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.

Footage shows the lines and edges being carved out by hand to make the unique personalised stamps.

To accompany the portrait, Haji also made two others with the man's name written in Thai script.

The talented Haji said it took her an hour to finish the portrait stamp alone and would probably take her up to three hours for a full-body design.

In some Asian cultures, stamps are used to communicate status and wealth. In China, the imperial seals were used to authenticate important documents and to show the emperor's authority.
