Two masked individuals were caught on camera setting fire to a row of electric scooters in Dalnegorsk, eastern Russia.

Footage from August 27 shows the vandals pouring fuel over the vehicles before setting them ablaze, causing more than $3,000 worth of damage.

Authorities are currently investigating the case and searching for the individuals.
