Police Car Runs Red Light Without Lights or Sirens: Causes Accident
In Clearwater beach FL on 3/27/16 I witnessed this. In the video you see a white car run the stop light prior to the cop. This car was fleeing a traffic stop miles away. Police do not chase in Clearwater so that is why he turned off his lights. He then proceeded to run the red light, with his lights still off, causing the accident. You can also see the police attempting to pick up the injured driver before EMS arrives. Driver left in an ambulance, police officer was fine.
