Good Samaritan buys food for homeless boy
This is the heartwarming moment a kind passerby fed a hungry homeless child who was sitting outside at a convenience store.
Lawrence Christian Marasigan bought a ready-to-eat microwave meal from the 7-Eleven shop for the street kid in the province of Quezon, Philippines, on August 14.
Footage shows the caring gentleman opening the packaging of the food and serving it to the boy, who was patiently waiting and sitting.
Lawrence said: 'I saw the boy was hungry and didn't have any money so I just wanted to help him. Life is hard, so we can help those less fortunate.'
Onlooker Angelica Marasign, who recorded the man, said: 'I was touched. This is what true kindness and generosity is.'
