Hamas Rockets Hit Ashkelon, Israel

Residents of the Israeli city of Ashkelon face a barrage of Palestinian missiles out of Gaza on Tuesday. A spokesman for Hamas' military wing had posted a warning to residents of Ashkelon that they should evacuate their homes. "In response to Israel's crime of displacing our people and forcing them to flee their homes in areas of the Gaza Strip, we are giving the residents of the city of Ashkelon a deadline to leave before five o’clock this evening," said Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades.
