India's factory activity growth, determined by the Index of Industrial Production (IIP), grew 10.3 percent in August, the government data showed Thursday.
"The indices of industrial production for the mining, manufacturing and electricity sectors for the month of August 2023 stand at 111.9, 143.5 and 220.5, respectively," according to the data issued by the Federal Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.
IIP witnessed a growth of 5.7 percent in July.
