Turkey's Islamist parties, Felicity Party, Future Party and Free Cause Party, held a rally in support of Palestine in Istanbul. Tens of thousands of people attended the protest rally held at the rally area in Maltepe. Protesters carried Palestinian and Turkish flags, shouted slogans supporting Palestine and cursing Israel, shouted slogans in favor of Hamas, and often chanted takbir.

The leaders of the parties organizing the rally, Palestinian Ambassador to Turkey Faed Mustafa, and Hamas' Spokesman Fawzi Barhoum attended the rally in support of Palestine.
