Under-construction overpass collapses in western India
An under-construction four-lane overpass collapsed in Chiplun, Maharashtra, on October 16.
CCTV footage shows the moment the structure buckled and collapsed, narrowly missing motorists driving past. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The overpass was part of the Mumbai-Goa highway.
