Upon reaching the accident site, the officer observed an SUV that had overturned. Without hesitation, he stopped his police car, approached the overturned vehicle, and climbed on top of it. With the assistance of a member of the public, he managed to open the driver-side door and help the elderly driver out of the SUV.
