4-year-old struck by speeding car at Stavropol pedestrian crossing
On September 1, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded on Rossiysky Avenue in Stavropol, Russia, as a domestic car struck a 4-year-old child who was crossing the road with their mother at a pedestrian crossing. The event, captured on video, revealed the car approaching the crossing at high speed and slowing down too late to avoid colliding with the child. The girl suffered minor bruises.
