74/97 route bus stop on Cromwell Road looks bizarre with a glass panel missing and a shiny light green suitcase left on a bench inside the bus stop. The hard shell suitcase is covered with a white towel and has cotton wool and two dark-hair wigs on it. There is cordon tape in place of a glass panel of the damaged bus stop. There is no way of telling straight away whether it is a Halloween joke or a potential security threat. For a whole week broken glass was scattered along Cromwell Road from the bus stop to The Rockwell hotel down the road.
