The cook Hathaiphat Donkitphai used thin strips of pie dough and rolled them around the sausages before baking with a coating of egg yolk for the golden flavour.
Hathaiphat said she baked the dish at 180 degrees Celsius for about ten minutes until the desired colours were achieved.
