Nurse revives drowning bird through CPR
This is a heartwarming moment a nurse resuscitated an unconscious bird with CPR.
Kristal Antes found the sparrow drowning in a water storage basin in Zamboanga City, the Philippines, on October 20.
Footage shows Kristal using her fingers to revive the bird through continuous, rapid chest compressions. She then opens its mouth to allow air flow.
Onlooker Chazee Zach mentioned that two birds were drinking water in the basin and were unable to swim.
The injured bird she revived flew away to safety.
