A truck narrowly missed a boy suddenly running across a road in eastern China.

CCTV footage filmed in the city of Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province on October 24, shows a boy suddenly running to cross a busy road.

An oncoming truck made an urgent swerve and braked in a desperate bid to avoid the child. The dramatic manoeuvre caused the heavy vehicle to fishtail dangerously, not once but twice, narrowly missing the boy.

Two people coming out of a car and preparing to cross the street were also just inches away from becoming collateral victims of the near-miss.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

10月24日，浙江绍兴，一名男孩站在路边，随后突然飞奔过马路，这时一辆正在行驶中的大货车紧急转弯，刹车躲避，车身也发生了甩尾，两次都险些撞上小男孩，还差一点儿波及到路边停的一辆白色轿车和另外两位准备过马路的大人，所幸有惊无险，没有造成意外。
