The libertarian leader Javier Milei obtained the support of the conservative ex-candidate Patricia Bullrich for the ballot in which he will dispute on November 19 the presidency of Argentina against the Peronist Sergio Massa.

Bullrich, who came third in Sunday's first round, announced that she will support "the change" represented by the ultra-right-wing Milei, with whom she clashed harshly during the electoral campaign.

"With Milei we have differences, that is why we have competed. However, we are faced with the dilemma of change or mafia continuity. The majority chose change, we represent it", said Bullrich in a press conference this Wednesday.

"Together with Luis Petri, who accompanied me in this formula, we ratify our defense at all costs of the values of change and freedom. The urgency of the moment challenges us not to be neutral in the face of the danger of the continuity of Kirchnerism through Sergio Massa. We have differences with Javier Milei, that is why we have competed, we do not hide them. However, we are faced with the dilemma of change or mafia continuity for Argentina and put an end to the shame of the present. The majority of Argentines chose a change. We represent part of that change, we have the obligation not to be neutral. Today we believe that we must join forces for a higher goal. As San Martin said 'when the Homeland is in danger, everything is allowed, except not defending it'."
"Last night I had a meeting with Javier Milei where we had a talk regarding what these statements had been and privately we forgave each other. We, in all parties, as parties, have freedom of action and we believe that this is an important point. In our case we feel a responsibility for having been the ballot that people put in the envelope."
