"Israel Defense Forces confirmed Thursday morning that it conducted 'a targeted raid' with tanks and infantry troops in the northern Gaza Strip overnight. The raid was 'part of preparations for the next stages of the combat,' in which Israel plans a ground offensive in Gaza. Soldiers exited the area at the end of the operation."

"UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi is urgently requesting essential resources, including fuel, for the UN Agency for Palestine Refugees. UN warned that the agency may be forced to halt its operations if it doesn't receive access to fuel.
The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) said in a press release that about 96 percent of Gazans have been plunged into poverty due to the ongoing conflict.
Following the UN's failure to adopt two draft resolutions regarding Israel and Palestine, foreign ministers of nine Arab countries, urged the UN Security Council to oblige the warring parties to an immediate and sustainable cease-fire.
