Scooter crossing causes car crash in St. Petersburg incident
In a recent incident on September 10, 2023, in St. Petersburg, Russia, a scooter rider's reckless maneuver at a pedestrian crossing led to a dramatic chain of events. Caught on CCTV cameras, the footage shows a man on a scooter darting onto the road just in front of an oncoming car. The car's driver swerved to avoid a collision but ended up crashing into parked vehicles, causing the car to overturn. The scooter rider fled the scene.
