On September 28, 2023, a video filmed in Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang, captured a comical scene where a dog was peacefully napping in the gap between the seats of a big vehicle. Suddenly, its owner walked by and called it to wake up for work.
The dog opened its eyes with a bewildered expression, looking around in a daze, as if experiencing the classic morning disorientation. According to the filmer, the owner of the nearly one-year-old dog is a police officer and often brings him here on duty.
Chinese netizens couldn't help but relate, with one humorously commenting, "That look of confusion is just like when people are suddenly awakened.”
